- You may need an account to connect and manage your device, as applicable with the Pro Series.
- Please keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
- You can close your account anytime by contacting us.
Orders & Payments
- NOTE: Online orders are not yet available
- Prices, shipping costs, and availability may change without notice.
- All sales are subject to our posted return/refund policies (if applicable).
Device Data & Services
- Nabber devices may send performance and usage data to our cloud system so you can view results in the app, as applicable with the Pro Series.
- We use this data to keep things running smoothly and improve our service.

Intellectual Property
- The Nabber name, logo, technology and product designs are owned by Nabber Systems Inc.
- You may not copy, modify, or resell our technology without permission.
Limitation of Liability
- We build Nabber products to be safe and reliable, but no system is perfect.
- Nabber is not responsible for indirect damages, lost data, or other issues beyond the product’s intended use.
- Your rights under consumer protection laws still apply.
